How credits work.

Burner agent
1 credit / agent
5-minute TTL, US-routed proxy, default fingerprint. Each extra 5 minutes adds 1 credit. JS-heavy navigations or country-specific routing run 2–6 credits — counted at completion, refunded on failure.
Persistent identity
$5 / identity / month
Long-lived browser identity with vault-synced cookies, warmed-up behavior, full history. Billed from your credit balance at $5/identity/month; sessions opened on the identity charge 1 credit each.
Async jobs + downloads
Free
Webhooks, CSV / NDJSON / JSON downloads, polling, job-status checks. You only pay for the agent run that produced the data — not for fetching the result.

Pricing FAQ.

Do credits expire?

No. Once you buy a pack, the credits stay in your workspace forever. No "use it or lose it" — that's the whole reason we use credits instead of a flat subscription.

What happens when an agent fails to provision?

You're not charged. The agents service tracks provision status; if the agent never reaches running state (proxy failure, image pull error, etc.) the credit is auto-refunded to your balance within 60 seconds.

How is this different from Hyperbrowser / Browserbase pricing?

They sell a flat-rate monthly subscription with credit caps. We sell credit packs that never expire — better for spiky usage patterns (which is most AI agents). Per-agent pricing also lands cheaper for most workloads we've benchmarked.

Can I switch from Starter to Growth later?

You don't "switch" — you just buy a Growth pack on top of any unused Starter credits. Packs stack. The Pro pack works the same way.

Is there a free trial for persistent identities?

The 100 free credits cover ~100 burner agents OR you can keep one persistent identity for ~3 weeks before credits run out (20 credits / month / identity). Long enough to validate the use case.
